Many online gambling platforms claim to offer VIP programs, but not all deliver real value to players. At citynowcasino, our VIP program is designed as more than just a label — it is a genuine rewards system that truly recognises player loyalty in a meaningful and tangible way.
From the accessible Bronze tier all the way to the full-privilege Diamond pinnacle — every tier at citynowcasino offers real, growing benefits that scale with your loyalty. Most importantly, tier upgrades are automatic. No applications, no forms, no need to contact customer support — our system tracks your activity and upgrades your VIP tier automatically once eligibility is reached.
Unlike other loyalty programs that focus on a single game type, the citynowcasino VIP program counts wagering across all categories — slots, live casino, table games, and more. This means your preferred play style will never hold you back from levelling up. Every spin, every bet, every session brings you closer to the next tier.
Beyond moving up the VIP tiers, every wager you place at citynowcasino accumulates reward points. These points can be redeemed for a range of benefits — including game credits, deposit bonuses, and exclusive gifts available from the citynowcasino rewards catalogue.
The points accumulation rate increases with your VIP tier. Diamond members earn points at 5 times the rate of Bronze members — meaning the value of every ringgit wagered keeps growing as you tier up. This creates a reward cycle that truly benefits loyal players.

Deposits and withdrawals for VIP members are processed with the highest priority — no more long waits to access your winnings.
Gold VIP members and above will receive invitations to exclusive citynowcasino events and promotions not available to regular members.
Moving up the VIP tiers at citynowcasino is a transparent and automatic process. You don't need to do anything other than play as usual — our system tracks every wager and updates your VIP level once the requirement is reached.
Your VIP tier is calculated based on your cumulative deposit amount over a set period. This means the more actively you play at citynowcasino, the faster you will tier up and enjoy greater rewards.
Keep in mind that tier upgrades are automatic, but downgrades can also occur if your playing activity declines during a review period. This ensures the citynowcasino VIP system remains fair and rewards players who are genuinely active and loyal.
Once you register at citynowcasino, you are automatically placed at the Bronze tier and begin earning reward points. Your VIP journey starts from the moment you Login and place your first wager.
