Six layers of protection keeping your account safe at all times
Every login session at citynowcasino is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same encryption technology used by major banking institutions in Malaysia to secure their online transactions.
Citynowcasino supports two-factor authentication via an OTP code sent to your registered phone number. This additional security layer ensures only you can access your citynowcasino account.
The citynowcasino security system monitors every login attempt. If access from an unrecognised location or device is detected, an alert notification will be sent immediately to your registered email.
To protect your account, citynowcasino automatically ends your login session after a set period of inactivity. This is especially important when you are using a shared device.
Review and manage all devices currently active on your citynowcasino account through the security settings section. Log out of other devices with a single click whenever needed.
If you forget your password, the citynowcasino reset process uses multi-step verification via your registered email and phone number to ensure only the legitimate account owner can reset the password.
Follow these simple guidelines to keep your citynowcasino account safe and protected from unauthorised access:
Your citynowcasino password must contain at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not reuse the same password from other platforms.
Citynowcasino will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
When accessing your citynowcasino account, avoid using public WiFi such as at cafés or shopping malls. Use mobile data or a secure private WiFi connection instead.
As a precaution, change your citynowcasino account password every three to six months. This makes your account significantly harder to compromise.
Especially on shared devices, make sure you fully log out of your citynowcasino account after each session. Do not simply close the browser tab.
Join the citynowcasino player community in Malaysia. Registration is free, takes less than 3 minutes, and you can start playing as soon as your account is verified. Plus, an exclusive welcome bonus awaits every new member!
